Thank you for shopping with Taap Innovation Company Limited (“TAAP”). This Shipping Policy is an agreement that describes how we will handle the shipping and delivery of your orders.   1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders (whether domestic or international) are processed and shipped within 1 (one) business. Business days are termed any working day except weekends and public holidays. Upon the processing of your order, TAAP will ship it and notify you via the email address you submit during order checkout. Order processing may, on certain cases, be delayed by a few days for uncontrollable circumstances, such as the effect of pandemics and governmental actions.

2. TRACKING

Upon the shipment of your order, we send the required details needed to track the progress of your order. These details will include the order number and how to track your order on the relevant shipping company’s platform. 

3. DOMESTIC ORDER

Any order shipped to destinations or locations WITHIN the United States are regarded as “Domestic Orders.” We deliver all Domestic Orders within 2 – 4 days of shipment notice. However, delivery may be delayed by a few days due to unforeseen circumstances prevalent at the time. Any applicable shipping fee and the shipping company used will be calculated and displayed to you at order checkout.

4. INTERNATIONAL ORDER

Any order shipped to destinations or locations OUTSIDE the United States are regarded as “International Orders.” All International Orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service (“USPS”) using the First Class Mail option. This is to keep the shipping and handling fees to the best minimum for International Orders. The estimated delivery date for international orders is between 7 – 21 days after shipment. The cost is calculated and displayed to you at order checkout.

All International Orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. Customs duties may be levied to you when the product gets to the shipping location. TAAP does not have any liability towards the payment of any customs fee. It is your responsibility.
